  • Dr. Mahuya Das attended One Week ISTE STTP for Coordinators on Environmental Studies Under the National Mission on Education through ICT (MHRD, Govt. of India) 23-27 March, 2015 Conducted by IIT Bombay.
  • Later she has arranged two week ISTE STTP workshop on Environmental Studies at the premises of JIS College of Engineering as a remote centre IIT Mumbai. This included the delivery of live lectures through the AVIEW mechanism of interaction with participants, and the local conduct of tutorials and labs. Eighteen participants from not only JISCE but the other colleges of JIS group have joined the programme and completed successfully.

Mr. Rajkumar Das has been registered as a research scholar for doing his Ph.D. under the joint supervision of Dr. Mahuya Das and Dr. Swati BAnerjee of JU.
