Programme Educational Objectives (PEOs)

  • PEO 1: To strengthen the knowledge in the domain of power systems and thereby enhance the employability of the graduates in public/private organization and Institutes.
  • PEO 2: To develop the graduate who have the ability to identify and address current problems in the domain of power systems.
  • PEO 3: To inculcate research attitude and lifelong learning among the graduates.

  • PO 1: Acquire in-depth knowledge in the domain of power systems.
  • PO 2: Ability to critically analyze various power systems devices, models and their operation.
  • PO 3: Ability to apply fundamentals and concepts to formulate and solve complex problems of electrical power systems and its components.
  • PO 4: Apply advanced concepts of electrical power engineering to design and develop electrical components, apparatus and systems and to put forward scientific findings at national and international levels.
