We invite high-quality original research papers from researchers, practitioners, and students worldwide.

Submission Guidelines

ICONFEST 2026 welcomes original, unpublished research contributions in all areas of computational intelligence, neural networks, and sustainable technologies. Papers undergo rigorous double-blind peer review.

  • Original, unpublished work not under review elsewhere
  • Follow the IEEE conference template
  • Full papers: 6–8 pages including references
  • Short papers / Posters: 4 pages maximum
  • Submit in PDF format only (max 10 MB)
  • Double-blind: remove all author identifiers
  • English language only
  • Accepted papers must be presented at conference
